Mike Shaw, who have more than 30 years of San Francisco real estate mastery. Persuasive negotiation, strategic project
management, financial acumen, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to flex and pivot swiftly are key assets I bring to
every partnership. I have strong interpersonal skills that help while working with transaction stakeholders in securing my
clients’ goals. Knowing how to best guide and advise my clients while supporting them to make the right decision is a strategic
benefit of working with me.
I love working with Buyers in helping them find the home that is right for them and honored to be a part of that journey. I
understand that buying a new home is an emotional experience, and I dedicate my efforts to make it a reality. I have spent
the past 20 years renovating my own home, managing complex residential transformations, and am well-versed in exploring
and creating an inspired vision of what a property could be and how to bring it to fruition through the selection of expert
vendors and professionals to help.
I have extensive experience preparing a home for sale for sellers. With my marketing skills, I am able to help Sellers achieve
the highest possible sales price for their properties. I tailor every property marketing campaign based on a strategic mix of
integrated marketing channels based on a solid marketing background across mediums and platforms.
Before transitioning to real estate, I built a successful marketing career working at agencies in client consulting roles and for
legendary local companies, including PayPal and Gap Inc. I’ve always loved real estate and been fascinated by the industry’s
evolution. I have a keen passion for all things architecture, interior design, and lifestyle. Eventually, I combined my love of
client consulting with my love of real estate and transitioned into real estate full-time. I began in a marketing/operations
role on a team of a top producing realtor, closing over 40 home sales in my first eight months before becoming an agent and
joining Vanguard Properties.
On a personal level, I serve on the board of directors of Shanti/PAWS, have previously served on the board of directors
for the National AIDS Memorial, speak Portuguese, and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from California State
University San Francisco.
