  1. Fourth of July Celebration

    Pier 39, Fisherman’s Wharf

    This year, the Ethnic Dance Festival organized by the Worlds Arts West, a non-profit performing arts organization in San Francisco, will showcase the talents of 21 music and dance ensembles. Immerse yourself in the fascinating,
    diverse, and joyful world of Eskimo singers and dancers, flamenco performances, as well as a tribute lion dance, and acts from the Caribbean and Africa, among many others

  4. AIDS Walk
    July 15
    Sharon Meadow in Golden Gate Park

    Take a walk for a cause on July 15. The AIDS Walk is an annual 10k fundraising event that benefits nonprofits such as Project Open Hand, ACRIA, Positive Resource Center, among others. Since 1987, the AIDS Walk has raised over $90 million for HIV-related programs and services which benefits the whole San Francisco Bay Area.

    July 19 to 22
    Roxie Theater and PianoFight

  6. Up Your Alley Fair
    July 29
    South of Market neighborhood

    Known to locals as Dore Alley or the Dore Alley Fair, this raunchy leather and fetish event is not for the faint of heart. The Up Your Alley Fair is attended by over 15,000 people annually and features scantily clad men in leather outfits, 50 adult vendors, and many BDSM-themed elements.
